Am staying in South Africa right now and I lost the cell phone number attached to my account and the email attached to d account is no longer in use.   6. On Tuesday I was at access bank Nekede branch to do a withdrawal were I was paid with a fake note
    I made my complaint only for supervisor to make a joke of it .I really need a refund cos I see no reason to a reputable bank will pay a customer a counterfeit money
