1. A Double Launch Show:
As you already know, Season 6 has a twist that involves the launch show. For the first ever, the launch show will be twice – one for the boys, and the other for the ladies. The male part of the premiere already aired yesterday, and that of the women will go down tonight, June 25, 2024.
2. More Interesting Personalities:
BBNaija is known for picking amazing sets of people as housemates, and this year’s season promises to be even better. MultiChoice even vowed to spice things up for viewers with the contestants, and we expect the very best.
3. More Interesting Tasks:
If you felt the tasks from previous seasons were the most interesting and engaging you’ll ever see, think again. BBNaija 2024 promises to dazzle fans with even more amazing and financially rewarding tasks for the housemates.
4. A Revamped BBNaija House:
As expected, we already saw how Biggie’s house looked totally different from the way it was in 2024. We’ve admired new decorations, new spaces, and even surprise features we haven’t seen in Big Brother’s house before.
5. 2 New House Currencies:
If you’re not aware, Big Brother is retiring the old currencies used in past seasons and viewers can expect 2 never-before-used currencies from the show this year.
6. Showmax:

7. No SMS Voting:
In 2024, all voting can only be done on the BBNaija website/mobile site, and the MyDStv and MyGOtv applications.
8. Fave Lock-In Is Here Again:
The fan competition which was launched last year is back again. It’ll give thirty BBNaija fans a chance to win N1M each if the housemate they locked in wins in the end. Be aware that you’ll have from July 29 till August 2 to decide on who you think is winning.
BBNaija 2024 Male Housemates:
1. Boma:
He is a 34-years-old mixologist who is also a model and an ex-footballer. Raised by a single mum and grandma, Boma is formerly married. He sees himself as one who has faith in God, and a guy who never likes to give up.
2. Okusaga:
He is a 28-years-old engineer from Lagos State and he has promised to bring vibes to the house. Saga also shared that he is on the show for his late mum, whose death was the lowest point in his life.
3. Yousef:
This bi-racial Nigerian is a teacher from Joshm in Plateau State and he has vowed to be super entertaining in the house.
4. Pere:
He is a handsome actor who plans to deliver spontaneity to the viewers throughout his stay in the house.
5. Whitemoney:
He is a businessman who is into importation of shoes. He sees himself as a jolly good fellow who loves catching cruise and having fun. He is 29-year-old, and he is from Enugu State.
6. Niyi:
This ex-basketballer is from Oyo State and he is married with one kid. He is also a businessman who runs a fantasy game platform and events company in Cape Town, South Africa. This hunk is 6’6 and he is the tallest guy on the show.
7. Yerins:
He is a medical doctor who likes food but never gets fat. He describes himself as a polymath who has undiluted love for several creative things.
8. Jay Paul:
This is a 29-years-old social butterfly from Calabar, Cross River State. He describes himself as a total entertainer who sings and dance extremely well. He also runs a tourism business.
9. Emmanuel:
This is a 24-year-old model from Akwa Ibom State and he is a Mr. Africa pageantry winner. Emmanuel is single and believes the probability is high that he’ll be willing to mingle.
10. Sammie:
This is a final-year student who is studying Guidance & Counselling at Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. He paused school to participate on the show, and he plans to enjoy himself in the house.
11. Cross:
Ikechukwu Cross is a 31-years old Nigerian who loves clubbing, dancing, and watching ladies fight over him. He is into yoga and he plans to bring drama to the show.
