The Allview Soul X7 Style is a new budget smartphone from the Chinese OEM. The device comes in an attractive body design featuring great cameras set-up and enough inbuilt storage. It also has a fingerprint scanner and a large screen display size.
Design And Display
The Allview Soul X7 Style is not looking bad at all. However, this is a cheap smartphone, so the whole body is wrapped with all plastic. The smooth panel is where the cameras and the fingerprint scanner can be found. It measures 157.6 x 75.2 x 8.3 mm in dimensions and weight about 188 grams.
Upfront is a waterdrop notch and at the bottom is the small bezel. You will also notice the curved edges which also gives the phone a special feel. It has a screen size of 6.21 inches with IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen. The screen has a resolution of 720 x 1520 pixels, a 19:9 ratio, and 271 PPI density. It also packs display protection which will protect the screen from scratches and cracks. It reaches 81.2% screen-to-body ratio.

The camera setup on the phone includes a 13 MP main shooter and 0.3 MP depth sensor. It features an LED flash for brighter photos in a dim light environment. You will also get HDR support and 1080p@30fps video resolution. There is 5 MP on the front for selfies which will also capture nice shots.
On the camera department, the Allview Soul X7 Style is blessed with a mid-range Mediatek MT6763 Helio P23 chipset that is built on 16 nm. It also has an octa-core processor clocking at a speed of 4×2.0 GHz Cortex-A53 and Mali-G71 MP2 for graphics. It runs on the Android 9.0 Pie operating system which will soon be upgraded to Android 10.
