The Apple Watch Edition Series 5 is part of the Apple smartwatch that was announced alongside the iPhone 11 series. The Watch is the special edition of the series 5 with a beautiful and classic body design that is made only for the high class. It comes in a portable body design featuring generous inbuilt storage on the inside.
Design And Display
In terms of body design, the Smartwatch is a great device from Apple. It’s built to be premium as it’s built with the combination of Titanium frame and all-ceramic/sapphire crystal back. It’s also wrapped with a Ceramic frame and it has an Electronic SIM card (eSIM). Other features are the ECG certified which depends on the region, while the HW is available on all the model.
On the front, it has a screen display size of 1.78 inches with LTPO OLED capacitive touchscreen. The screen has a resolution of 448 x 368 pixels and 326 PPI density with 60.0% screen-to-body ratio. There’s also a present of the 3D Touch display, 1000 nits, and Always-on display. Sadly, the Watch does not come with a camera set-up.
Hardware And Software
Behind the wheel is an Apple S5 chipset with a PowerVR which will take care of graphics related issues on the Watch. It runs on the latest watchOS 6.0 operating system with other regulars on the inside.
Storage Capacity And Sensors
The Apple Watch Edition Series 5 has an onboard storage of 32GB which is enough to accommodate all the files and data on the watch. You can’t expand it because there’s no micro SD card on the Watch. The sensors on the inside are Accelerometer, gyro, heart rate (2nd gen), barometer, compass, Natural language commands and dictation (talking mode).
Battery Power And Network Connectivity
The Apple Watch Edition Series 5 has a nonremovable Li-Ion battery that promises to last up to 18 hours of usage. The juicer has support for wireless charging technology.
