If you fancy submitting your application via an agent in Nigeria, instead of doing it online, just know that the process will take more time. Be cautious with the agents you reach out to though so you do not get defrauded. You also do not want to lose your vital documents.

Even after getting an agent, you will still need to show up in person at the immigration office with your required documents.

A fresh passport application will take about 2 days to process after our biometric data has been captured. In a few cases, it could take up to 30 days, so be sure you apply very well in advance.

Nigerians staying abroad can apply for their international passport at their closest consulate, or through the online application.
