Samsung Galaxy Note 10 and Note 10+
Currently, it is difficult to find better than Notes and Note 10+, the latest monsters released by Samsung based on Android. As usual with its flagships, Samsung offers smartphones with the best screen on the market, the know-how of the South Korean manufacturer is again confirmed. Another element sought after by users, the camera also offers excellent quality and resists what Huawei offers with its P30 Pro.
More expensive, the Note 10+ is even more powerful. It has an additional depth sensor for photos, a 6.8-inch screen (against 6.3 for the Note 10) with better definition, a Sony Exynos 9825 better than Exynos 9820 of the standard model and 12 GB of RAM. Even the battery is more powerful (4300 mAh against 3800 mAh) and a fast (45 W) very efficient.
Samsung Galaxy A80

Samsung Galaxy A40
Compact and convenient, the Galaxy A40 offers a 5.9-inch Super AMOLED panel with Full HD + definition (2340 x 1080 pixels), a luxury configuration for a smartphone at this price. Samsung equips its smartphone with an Exynos 7885 processor, along with 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage space (expandable via microSD up to 512 GB). The Galaxy A40 has a relatively comfortable 3100 mAh battery compared to the screen size (5.9 inches) and its components.
Samsung Galaxy S10 / S10 +
The latest addition to Samsung’s S range, the Galaxy S10 is, without doubt, one of the most advanced premium smartphones in 2024. Available in two variants, Galaxy S10 and S10 +, as in the case of the previous model, the Galaxy S10 and S10 + show a screen Infinity-O with a hole, like the one offered by Honor with its View 20. Still no notch, which will delight those allergic to this fashion launched by Apple with its iPhone X.
Under the hood, there is one of the best processors of the moment engraved at 7nm or the Samsung Exynos 9820 supported by 6 or 8 GB or 12 GB of RAM depending on the version. Another new feature- an ultrasonic fingerprint reader below the screen. As always, Samsung has also improved the camera, a classic.
Samsung Galaxy S10e
More convenient than the normal variant of S10 or S10 +, the Samsung Galaxy S10e has more modest technical features. To stay close to € 500 we don’t find the fingerprint sensor below the screen as it is located on the right edge of the phone near the power button. No triple photosensor, but a double module on the back. It is powered by a 3100 mAh battery, which is a bit tight.
From the design point of view, it still benefits from an Infinity-O screen, with a single hole in the AMOLED panel, like the S10 standard, with a single camera. However, it is a non-curved screen with only FHD + definition. There is a flat plate, for the first time on a high-end Samsung smartphone from the Galaxy S7. Not surprisingly, the technical data sheet of the S10e is more modest than that of its bigger brothers. The device must be satisfied with 4 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal memory.
Samsung Galaxy A50
The Galaxy A50s offers three photographic sensors like the previous version, but the main sensor goes from 25 MP to 48 MP. The other two have not changed and are still 8 and 5 MP. For selfies, the old 25 MP sensor has also been updated to 32 MP. The other features remain the same. The Galaxy A50 still offers an Exynos 9610 SoC supported by 4 or 6 GB of RAM and 64 or 128 GB of storage space. The fingerprint sensor is located under the 6.4 ″ AMOLED display which is the Full HD + definition. The battery itself has a capacity of 4000 mAh with a fast charge of 15 W. Very good.
Samsung Galaxy A10
The smartphone is equipped with a 6.2-inch Infinity-V display (6.2-inch drop-shaped notch) with HD + 1080p resolution and 19- 9 aspect ratio. It features a 3400 mAh battery, which is quite generous for a smartphone of this range. We find an SoC Exynos 7884 coupled with 2 GB of RAM and 32 GB of storage space (expandable up to 512 GB via microSD). As for the photos, we find a 13 MP sensor with f / 1.9 aperture in the back and a 5 MP f / 2.0 aperture module for selfies.
Samsung Galaxy A9 2018
Samsung surprised everyone by announcing this particular smartphone that stands out for its main element- the Galaxy A9 2018 is equipped with a quadruple photographic sensor. This is the first device on the market to offer this functionality, although it is a mid-range and non-premium device. To accompany the main module, there is a sensor dedicated to the depth of field, another wide-angle and the last one focused on the optical zoom.
In terms of data sheet, we find a 6.3-inch Super AMOLED screen with a ratio of 18.5- 9 and Full HD resolution + 1080 x 2220 pixels, a Snapdragon 660 SoC coupled with 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of space storage, expandable up to 512 GB and a 3720 mAh battery (fast charge from 0 to 50% in 30 minutes). All seasoned with Android Oreo running.
Samsung Galaxy S9 and S9 +
Presented by Samsung at MWC 2018, the Galaxy S9 and the Galaxy S9 Plus stand out as excellent developments of the Galaxy S8 / S8 + released in 2024. We find the superb borderless AMOLED Infinity Display and excellent performance. Design and performance, the Galaxy S9 will not disappoint you, remaining in line with what the South Korean manufacturer wants to offer with its products.
The smartphone is however different from its predecessor thanks to the variable aperture photo sensor, the front stereo speakers, the Intelligent Scan (which combines facial recognition and iris scanner) and a fingerprint sensor transferred under the camera, photo sensor. Like the Apple iPhone X, the smartphone also benefits from 3D emoji in augmented reality.
During our complete test of the Galaxy S9 Plus (the large format version of the Galaxy S9), we stressed the battery… a day and a half with intensive use, its double photo sensor, the Super Slow Motion automatic mode, and its fabulous screen OLED. We regret the lack of the double photographic sensor on the standard model and a rather high starting price (€ 859 and € 959 for the Plus version), but now it is possible to buy it at a much lower price.
