Huawei is consistently facing trading issues in different countries. After facing a short ban from the US, the company is now facing a few issues in doing business in India.
India is thinking to hold trials for installing next-generation 5G cellular network in the coming months. The country is yet to decide whether it will allow the Chinese telecom companies to take part in this 5G project or not.
According to Reuters, China has warned India by issuing a statement stating, ” reverse sanctions” if India stops Huawei and other Chinese tech companies from doing business in the country.
India’s ambassador in Beijing, Vikram Misri was called to the Chinese foreign ministry on July 10. During the meeting, officials of China said that the Indian companies doing business in China could face oppressions if India decides to block Huawei from operating in India after facing pressure from Washington.

There are not many Indian companies whose business are dependent on China. The company lists include Reliance Industries, TCS, Infosys, and Dr Reddy’s Laboratories.
A committee will be headed by Dr. K Vijay Raghavan who is the Principal Scientific Advisor to the Indian government and decision will be made whether Huwaei will be allowed to participate in 5G trials or not. Other members taking part in this committee include officials from the department of information technology, telecom, and intelligence service.
