The smartphone is equipped with a processor of MediaTek Helio P60 MT6771 and an Octa-Core that clocked at 2.0GHz coupled with 6GB of RAM, while the Cubot P20 only boast of MediaTek MT6737T with an octa-core that runs at a maximum speed of 1.5GHz coupled with 4GB of RAM.
Android 8.1 Oreo operating system powers them. The onboard storage on the Cubot P20 is 64GB, while the Umidigi Z2 Pro has an internal memory of 128GB which is also expandable up to 256GB.

Cubot P20 VS Umidigi Z2 Pro – Battery and Price.
The Cubot P20 has a bigger battery capacity of 4000mAh, but that does not mean it will hold power more than the Umidigi Z2 Pro that has 3550mAh battery capacity. The reason is that the Umidigi Z2 Pro is built with 12nm HPM process technology which will deliver high performance with low power consumption. It also supports wireless charging technology which also gives it an edge over its rival.
The Umidigi Z2 Pro is more expensive than the later. The phone is priced at $349 while the Cubot P20 cost just $129. If I were to choose based on the price, I would gladly pick the Cubot P20 because it has value for money than the Umidigi Z2 Pro.
