Step #1. Open the Facebook app on your iPhone or iPad.

Step #2. Next, tap on the menu button at the bottom right corner of the screen and then scroll down till you see the Settings option. Tap on it.

Step #3. Tap on Account Settings.

Step #4. Next, tap on Face Recognition.

Step #5. Tap on Do you want Facebook to be able to recognize you in photos and videos?

Step #6. Finally, you have to tap on “No” to disable the app from recognizing you in photos and videos.

Step #1. First off, launch any web browser on your computer and then go to the Facebook website (facebook.com).

Step #3. Next, click Face Recognition which is located in the sidebar to the left.
