How to Download iOS 11 Beta on Your iPhone Right Now

Apple released their new iOS version for iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch at WWDC on June 5, 2017, and the operating system comes with a lot of great new features to try out.

While the official version of iOS 11 was released to the general public on Sept. 19, you can still sign up as either a developer or with the iOS Beta Program to get new versions of iOS 11 even before they are officially released to the public.

First Off … Create an iOS 10 Archived Backup

Before you proceed, it is a good idea to make sure that you backup the current iOS version of your iOS device via iCloud or iTunes. We would suggest you use iTunes to backup your operating system because you can easily archive the backup so that the next time you sync it will not overwrite your backup.

When you are done backing up your iOS device with iTunes, simply go to iTunes on your computer and click on Preferences in the menu bar and then click the Devices tab.

Now, your backup will be listed. You can just right-click on the backup and select “Archive” to safeguard it. Now, when you backup the iOS 11 update, it will be saved as a separate file.

If you plan on hoping for a jailbreak for whatever iOS 10 version you are currently on, but you still want to try out iOS 11, you should backup your SHSH2 blobs.
