The best part about the first method we will be using to turn any photo into a cartoon without Photoshop is that you don’t need to download any app or software – everything is done online. All you need to have is the photo or photos you would like to turn into a cartoon, a working browser, and an active Internet Connection. Once you have all these, then we can begin.
Cartoonize
The name says it all. This website will “Cartoonize” your photos simply by uploading them to the website. The website does most of the heavy lifting for you and at the end, you get a cartoon of the photo you provided.
- First, you will need to access the Cartoonize Website(Cartoonize.Net).

Now, you will be presented with two options; Upload From Disk(If you have the photo saved on your PC/Phone) or Upload From URL(To import the photo from an external link)

After selecting a photo source, Allow it to upload to the site. (This might take some time depending on how large the photo is and how fast your internet connection is)

Once the Photo is uploaded, You’ll see a bunch of options in the Left side of the screen. Choose any of the effects, Apply it and once it is done you can download the end result – the cartoon of the photo you uploaded earlier.
Just like that, you have a cartoon photo of the photo you uploaded. The method above is the easiest method to turn any Photo into cartoon without Photoshop on PC.
