Design
The design is missing some key features like a fingerprint scanner. But nonetheless, a Metal and Plastic combination exudes at the rear. Sporting a camouflage-like overall design that’s more than unique, and classy enough to hold and flaunt.
Only the camera and LED flash are the only visible features at the rear, and are horizontal at the top left corner. The Flycat logo sits at the position of the fingerprint scanner. By the sides, it measures 9.3mm in thickness and weighs 176g overall. The sleek device is available in only Black and White.
Display
Looks like a budget smartphone from the front, with enormous top and bottom bezel. But look on the bright side, the narrow bezels are super minimal. The bottom bezel houses three navigation buttons while the top houses the selfie camera and the rest.
The 5-inch HD IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen displays like a budget smartphone. The screen boasts of a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels and pixel per inch density of 294. Everything little details on the screen should be clear enough for users. The screen dishes out a 16:9 aspect ratio and stretches up to 66.7% screen to body ratio.

Under the hood is a MediaTek MT6580 chip with Quad-core processor and 32-bit CPU architecture. The 4-cores of processor reaches a speed of just 1.3GHz with a 28nm process technology. While the ARM Mali-400 MP2 reigns in the graphics department.
Multitask light apps with ease, thanks to the 2GB RAM space available and a memory speed of 533MHz. For storing files and apps, 16GB storage space is available and upgradeable up to 32GB. The Flycat Optimum 5003 runs on Android 7.0 Nougat operating system.
Camera
The 8MP rear shooter is just like every other 8MP shooter out there capturing just 3K resolution images. The rear shooter has its LED flash by its side and other features internally to take photographs with 3464 x 2309 pixels in dimension. For selfies, there’s a 5MP selfie camera to do the trick.
Battery
Powering the Flycat Optimum 5003 is a 2200mAh removable Li-Ion battery with fast charging technology. With the fast charging feature, it shouldn’t take more than 1.9 hours to fully charge up the battery from 0% to 100%.

The flycat optimum is a nice smartphone but I think the specs are too low considering the price ranging from N20000 to N30000 because this days with N30000 one can get a nice phone with more higher specs than the flycat optimum 5003 but all the same it’s a great smartphone and a very indepth review by techvaz team!
