The Hisense U40 has a good body design that is built with all plastic and a mix of glass on the front. It has a smooth panel that lacks a fingerprint scanner but houses the camera and an LED flash. It measures 137.6 x 71.7 x 9.7 mm in dimensions and weighs 167 grams.
On the front, it comes with visible bezels that house the front camera and speaker on the top and also another bezel at the bottom of the screen. As usual, the inbuilt storage on the phone is 16GB and it has 1GB RAM for performance. You can expand the storage units up to 32GB via SDcard. There is no fingerprint sensor, instead, it has Accelerometer and proximity.

The Hisense U40 Lite has a removable battery of 2000 mAh that lacks fast charging. However, the battery is said to last 19 hours of talk time.
