The Homtom C13 is made of a plastic parading a smooth panel with bezels. On the back, it has a dual camera vertically arrange with an LED flash, while the front has a thick bezel both on the top and bottom of the screen. The top bezels manage to squeeze out a front camera for selfies. The phone is shipped in Black and White colors.
