The Apple Pencil is a wireless stylus for specific iPad models that allows you to take handwritten notes, sketch, draw, and paint and control the iPad. Since it is wireless, charging it from time to time is necessary.
However, no charger or power hub is required, you can comfortably charge an Apple Pencil using the iPad it’s paired with. The Apple Pencil has a couple of versions. They appear and function differently, and are launched for different iPad models. Both pencils are charged in different ways as well.
But it does not matter which Pencil is in your possession, it will charge on time. You will get around half an hour of charge in about fifteen seconds, and the Pencil charges completely in about 15 minutes.
