In this guide, we shall be explaining how you can block some people’s comments to prevent them from commenting on your Instagram posts.
Instagram is a social network that has dramatically increased followers in recent times. Since it appeared, many users have joined the platform to upload photos and videos.
By default, whenever we publish something on our social networks, Facebook, Instagram or Twitter, our friends or followers can add comments on the post, photo or video. Although they are usually comments without bad intentions, sometimes they can generate useless discussions, include insults, lack of respect, etc.
Next, we’ll show you how to turn off some people’s comments in your Instagram posts.
In this way, we will be able to prevent someone from making any comment in our new publications. And if it’s a publication that has already received comments and we don’t want to keep them appearing, with this trick we can hide them as long as we want.
Block any person’s comments on Instagram
Below we show you how you can block comments from some Instagram users to prevent them from writing in your posts. You don’t have to worry because they will see the comment they have written, but they will not know that they have been blocked. However, nobody except you will have access to that content.
The first thing you should do is go to your phone on Instagram and select the little man’s settings menu.
Once inside, you’ll see at the bottom a section that says “Configuration.”
Now you will see several options. In this case, you need to select “Privacy and security.”
So you have to go to the “Check the comments.”
Once in the comments, we will see an option that says “Block comments.” We must press on it.
Now we will see a search engine. We need to look for those contacts to whom we want to block comments in one of our publications.
Now we need to select “Block” to prevent their comments from appearing.
In this way, we will avoid that specific followers or non-followers, if our account is not private, can write in our posts, with this configuration it will be impossible to do so.
