I recharged my DSTV Access on saturday, 6/4/2019, UBA Acct. No. 2014726130, Smart Card No. 1020894732, and the benefitiary did not recieved the money, I called DSTV customer care and the subscription was paid and Account was debited of 2000. all effort to contact UBA customer care proved abortive, jus keep on telling me that all their agents are busy, I spent reharge card of almost 1000.
