Signing Up:
The Account Creation display simply needs you to type in a Display Name, a valid email address, and a password. You’ll also have to set your region and decide whether you wish to receive marketing emails before confirming your account.
After accepting your preferred game’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, your account registration will be wrapped up and your Account Summary will be visible. Be aware that the Account Summary will include your Activision ID, which is the name that you’ll be appearing as during games.
Logging In:
Once you register for your Activision account, just enter your email address and password to log in. After logging in, your Account Summary will be seen.
Activision ID:
After registering and logging in, you’ll notice that your Activision ID includes a hash mark followed by a series of numbers (For example, DisplayName#1234567.) This number is unique to your Activision account, and it lets players with the same Gamertag, PSN ID, or BattleTag keep their names while differentiating them during games. The number also makes your account creation simpler, thereby getting rid of the need to see if a name is available.
How Can I Change My Display Name?
Be aware that the in-game Change Display Name feature is not activated in Beta, however, you can always change your Display Name online. To do that, simply:
