Outlook allows you to maintain a personal address book of contacts to make it simpler and less complicated to email your buddies, colleagues, and fellow workers. You can also have access to a worldwide address list if you are connected to a Microsoft Exchange server. These names are available on an external server, and the entries cannot be edited.
