First, you have to download the app on your phone and try using it. If it doesn’t work then you’ll have to change the date of your device before getting it to work. To do all these, follow the steps below.

  • Using your Safari browser, Go to the iEmulators Website and Click on Apps.
  • Scroll down and look for SNES4iOS and Click on it.

  • Tap on Install. The emulator should start Downloading and subsequently Install when it is done Downloading. If you run into any trouble while installing then continue with the steps below.

  • Now, due to the fact that the software hasn’t been updated since 2012, you’ll have to change your date to sometime in 2012 in order to get it working. To do this, follow the steps below.

  • Open the Settings Menu/App and Click on General.

  • Click on Date and Time and proceed to Disable/Turn off the Automatically Set Option/Switch.

  • Now Change The Date of your iPhone or iPad to any date in 2012. For example, 03-06-2012 or any other date in 2012 would do.

  • Now, Try Downloading/installing it again. It Should work now.

  • Once it is done Installing, Open the app and Click on Trust when a certificate prompt comes up.

That’s it. You now have a working SNES emulator on your iPhone or iPad. You can now play SNES games easily. Remember, each time you want to use the emulator, you’ll have to change your date back to the year 2012.
