iTunes
To reset your password using iTunes, follow the steps below.
- First off, connect your iPhone to a computer via USB.
- Next up, go to iTunes on your computer and type in your passcode if you receive a prompt.
- It will take a few minutes for your iPhone to be synced. once its done, start the backup process.
- Once you have completed the sync and backup, tap on Restore.
- Select your device and finally check date and size of the available backups and select the most recent one
iCloud
- Visit this URL on another device (iCloud.com/find).
- If prompted, enter your Apple ID.
- Next up, tap on All Devices at the top of the screen.
- Next, tap on the device you want to reset and then tap on Erase.

Recovery Mode
