Social networks have become one of the most useful apps and used to express thousands of feelings, situations, and developments that occur in personal, family, work and other millions of lives.

There is no doubt that they have become a means of communication for many, as in addition to uploading publications, they allow us to communicate through private chats with our friends or followers.

Platforms like Instagram, Facebook, etc., have added new features to make social networks something much more useful, in addition to simple chats, since they have incorporated options to add stories.

That’s why one of the leading platforms like WhatsApp has also decided to incorporate this service into its application so that users can upload stories for 24 hours on the app.

The WhatsApp states allow us to add different contents such as texts, photos, videos, which is why many users decide to save the status of their friends or family by capturing the screen.

However, this means that later we have to cut the image, or if it is a video we cannot see it completely.

But there is a way to save any type of state locally without the need to capture the screen. Below we explain all the steps to follow to know how to do this trick in a simple way.

How to save WhatsApp statuses on your Android phone without taking a screenshot

The first thing we need to do is download the Status Saver application for free at the following link: Status Saver

To use this method, we will open WhatsApp and go to the States tab, where we click on the name of the person whose status we want to save.

Once we have seen your status, let’s go to the app. There we click on the button based on the type of state we have just seen, photo or video.

Now we have to open the state and we will see that a symbol (+) appears in the lower right corner that we have to press.

We will see that a series of options will appear. In this case, we have to select “Save” to save it on our phone.

Finally, we can access our gallery and we will see that the status has been saved in the “Videos” or “images” folder based on the type of status.
