There have been rumors all over the net since the talk about the HTC One M9+ also known as M9 Plus and its close sibling to the One M9 at the MWC which has been kept secret since a while. Today the Taiwanese Smartphone market has officially launched their One M9+ at a press event held in Beijing, China.

Display & Design

The design is by far the most amazing part of the HTC One M9+. HTC One M9+ comes with an improved specs and features which HTC One M9 lake. The HTC One M9+ comes with a 5.2” QHD display screen possessing 1440 x2560 pixels (~534 ppi pixel density) screen resolution. The screen is protected with a Corning Gorilla Glass 4 (TBC) which is resistant to scratch and moist. The HTC One M9+ will be launched in three colors, Gunmetal grey, Amber Gold, and Silver Gold.

Processor Strength

One major improvement of the HTC One M9+ is its 2.2GHz MediaTek MT6795T chipset armed with an octa-core CPU and PowerVR G6200 GPU running on the Android OS, v5.0.2 (Lollipop).

Memory & Storage

As for the storage, there is an internal storage of 32GB (ROM) which can also be expandable up to 128 GB which will be great to store up your favorite apps, music, images snapped via its awesome camera. The HTC One M9+ is powered by a 3GB of RAM which is capable of making your device run faster and smoother no matter how big the app you are running is.

Camera properties

Smartphone users are now fond of selfie, and now camera specifications have become the most important bit of every smartphone. Gone are the days when people uses smart devices which barely had 2MP or 4MP back camera.

Another awesome feature that gave the HTC One M9+ an upper hand over the One M9+ is the camera. Even the battery capacity is improved, it comes with a 2840 mAh non-removable battery as seen on One M9, something HTC has struggled with in the past – now it’s beating Samsung’s Galaxy S6. So has the Taiwanese brand managed to do the almost impossible and create yet another perfect device?

HTC One Boom speakers with Dolby Surround sound support come on the front along with a home button like fingerprint sensor integrating support for the AliPay payment system in China.
