The Huawei Mate 40 Porsche Design features a premium design that is built with all glass. The panel looks a bit different from others. It housed the cameras with an LED flash and there are some lines as well. The lines give it a special look though. It’s both dust and water-resistant thanks to the IP68 rating. The entire body has 162.9 x 75.5 x 10.1 mm in dimensions and weighs 234 grams.
The screen size is still the same 6.76 inches under OLED touchscreen coupled with a resolution of 1344 x 2772 pixels, 18.5:9 ratio, and 456 PPI density. It reaches a 94.1% screen-to-body ratio.
Cameras Features
On the cameras department, the smartphone is blessed with five cameras setup. The main snapper is 50 MP with omnidirectional PDAF, Laser AF, OIS, another 12 MP telephoto lens that has PDAF, OIS, 3x optical zoom, plus 8 MP periscope telephoto featuring PDAF, OIS, 10x optical zoom, and 20 MP ultrawide camera. There is a TOF depth sensor and the camera has support for [email protected]/60fps, [email protected]/60/120/240/480fps, [email protected], [email protected], HDR, gyro-EIS with some internal features. The Mali-G78 MP24 GPU is for graphics and the whole system runs on Android 10 with EMUI 11 on top.
