Instagram Direct is a standalone application with interesting features

The Instagram social network will no longer contain an implemented feature that you can do or download, edit the content, and then send it to your friend. Instagram has decided that this feature will be available in a standalone application called Direct.

The new app is currently only available in six countries, i.e. Chile, Israel, Italy, Portugal, Turkey, and Uruguay, for both Android and iOS. There is currently no information about when the app will be delivered to other countries.

It is interesting to see how contemporary social networks are continually evolving. Messaging has always been linked to Instagram. Before this feature, it experienced a great boom after the stories feature came to Instagram. However, Instagram is constantly improving its features, and it is likely that Direct users could still get some other exciting news in the future.
