My gionee phone fell and the camera and flashlight have stopped working. I’ve tried all methods to get it to work again like the soft reboot and the likes but the camera still does not work. At first after restarting, it will work but when i press the flip button to change it to back view camera, it closes and says cannot connect to camera. I bought Gionee X1s and within a week it developed battery fault. The battery last only but an hour after a full charge. I returned the phone to where I bought it but was told that they would send it back for repairs since it is on warranty. After, some days I was called that the phone is okay but just for me to discover that the phone is now worse than before. Gionee X1s is a very bad phone.
Having same issue with you. Within the space of 8months am having battery problem. Mine can’t even last up to 5mins it wil go from 70% to zero and no gionee battery I called 4 different states for battery no positive feedback. Am pisssssssssed
