When this smartphone came into the Chinese market a few days ago, it got a unique reputation as a device that sold out quickly. The first batch was picked up by enthusiasts in a matter of a few hours. Buyers who could not lay their hands on one were told to come back on January 10th for sale of the second batch.

If you take a look at the design of Realme X50 5G Design, you will see that it features a custom rear panel. This is populated by brushed metal-styled dots and a set of matching wallpapers. Noticeable too is the familiar color palette and flat icon associated with Realme flagship phones.

Display

The 120Hz display is first of all, heartwarming. This is arguably this device’s biggest draw. The official pricing for the Realme X50 5G starts at $360. In other words, that could sell for about N130,000 naira.  That price is nice. If users want the 12 GB RAM variant, they will pay more than $400.

Verdict

This phone is the latest smartphone that has the acceptance of fans in China. Surely, other countries will welcome this Realme edition. Although when you look at the design on internet images, you may easily think that it is a Vivo device, Realme added extra features to make this smartphone a hit.
