Redmi Note 8 Pro Could Come With 25x Zoom Capabilities; Teasers Suggest

There is a new teaser hinting at the Redmi Note 8 Pro that it would support 25x zoom. The teaser clearly shows a photo of a parrot in which a part of the parrot’s hair is zoomed 25 times. This depicts the zooming level of the camera as well as the quality of the zoomed image which is claimed to be crystal clear by the company. If this really happens then Redmi Note 8 will throw out the upcoming Oppo Reno 2 which will have a quad-camera setup and 20x zooming support.

Redmi Note 8 Pro Camera Features

The teaser indicates that the 64MP primary sensor provided in the Redmi Note 8 Pro will come with 25x zooming capabilities. According to the company, the phone’s camera will be able to capture ultra-clear, well-defined, and meticulously detailed images.

There is another teaser which clearly indicates that the 64MP primary sensor is capable of taking 9248×6936 pixel resolution images which are considered to be 2 times higher than 8k resolutions. You will be able to capture photos full HD photos.

Redmi Note 8 Pro Other Specification Details

MediaTek has officially confirmed that the upcoming Redmi Note 8 series smartphones will be powered by the MediaTek G90 series chipsets. Redmi Note 8 Pro will be powered by Helio G90T whereas the standard Redmi Note 8 will have G90 Soc Chipset.

The phone is expected to have a quad-camera setup with a 64MP primary camera with Samsung ISOCELL Bright GW1 image sensor. We are still unclear about the fingerprint sensor, whether it will be mounted at the rear side or we are going to see an in-display fingerprint sensor.

Recently, Xiaomi has confirmed that the Redmi Note 8 phones will have a great display with higher screen-to-body ratio and larger battery life. However, we need to wait until 27th August, the launch date of Redmi Note 8 series to get the official details. The phones will first launch in China and soon after, we expect them to reach the Indian market.
