The Panda Fast Wireless Charging Pad comes in 2 colors; Black and Grey. It can charge devices (iPhone and Android) at the standard speed, delivering 5W of power. It can also supply up to 7.5W and 10W of Power to supported devices for Faster Charging. This means that the CHOETECH Panda Wireless Charging Pad will charge your device twice as fast compared to other wireless charging pads.
The 7.5W Wireless Charging is available for the newer iPhones with the iOS 11.2 or higher on the iPhone X, 8 and 8 Plus. While the 10W Wireless Charging is available for Phones like the Samsung Galaxy Note 9, S9, S9 Plus, S8, S8 Plus, Note 8, Note 5, S6 Edge+, S7, and S7 Edge and LG smartphones. In addition, it can give standard charge to devices like the Galaxy S6/S6 Edge, Galaxy S8/S8 Plus, Huawei Mate 10, Nexus 7 2nd Gen/Nexus 4/ Nexus 5/ Nexus 6, Nokia 8/Nokia Lumia 950xl/950/920/1020/928, HTC 8X (not UK version) / HTC Droid DNA / Rzound.
However, in order to get the 10W wireless charging, a Quick Charger 2.0 or 3.0 adapter has to used to power the charging pad. It is also NOT recommended that you use the Samsung Galaxy S9 or S9 Plus OEM AC Adapter if you want to charge fast.
In the case you do not have a Qi-enabled phone, you can get the Qi Receiver for Android and iPhone devices.
The charging pad is capable of charging phones with cases up to 3mm in thickness. I am so glad it worked well with my Galaxy Note 8 even with the case on. Charging at such speed (10W) will definitely increase the temperature of the device above normal, but there is no need to worry. The CHOETECH Wireless Charging Pad comes with numerous advanced safety features that prevent against over-charging, over-voltage, over-temperature and over-current protection.
