Rumors point out that Xiaomi and Samsung are already working on Notebooks with Snapdragon

Qualcomm finally made it official during the Snapdragon Summit event what had been the subject of many rumors for some time. The first generation of PCs with smartphone skills running Windows 10 S as an operating system.

The first devices introduced with the novelty were the ASUS NovaGo and HP Envy X2 that count on the Snapdragon 835 making the devices have longer battery life and gigabit-LTE (4.5G) connection.

Now, according to some rumors, Xiaomi and Samsung are already developing in-house notebooks that rely on “Always On Pc” technology to be released in 2023.

According to rumors, Xiaomi and Samsung are part of the “initial support group” so they may soon embark on the wave of the new generation of notebooks.

For now, we do not yet have information on technical specifications or when these devices will be released, but according to industry sources, it is possible that the launch of these notebooks will occur in early 2018.

It is worth remembering that, because it is a rumor, we still have to wait for the official news of the companies to know if they will really bring these products to market.
