Ahead of its unveiling in Thailand, specifications suggesting what would be on the Samsung Galaxy J7+ have already surfaced. From its name, one can easily come to the conclusion that the smartphone is a Galaxy J7 with certain additions in several departments and that’s where the plus comes in.
One of these additions is the Bixby assistant which was first introduced on the Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8+ and also features on the more recent Galaxy Note 8.

Design & Display
The Samsung Galaxy J7+ has a 5.5 inch Super AMOLED capacitative touchscreen with 1080 by 1920 pixels resolution.
The Galaxy J7+ bears similar features to the J7 on this front. It comes with a metal unibody design with a physical home button still going to feature, although its been scrapped on the Note 8. The physical home button should also houses the fingerprint sensor and there is a dedicated Bixby button on the left side.
Camera
The mid-ranger is expected to sport a vertical dual camera setup on the back consisting of a 13MP snapper along with a 5MP snapper. On the front is a 16MP camera with f/1.9 lens, which is actually better than the Galaxy J7.
Hardware
Leaks specify that the Galaxy J7+ would feature an Octa-core 2.39GHz processor whose name for now still hangs in the balance. It is also expected to come with a 4GB RAM and 32GB of internal memory which can be expanded to 256GB using a micro SD. The device would come with a non-removable 3000mAh battery although details on fast charging functionalities still remain unknown.
Software
The smartphone will run on the Android Nougat v7.1.1 Operating system out of the box. It has Dual SIM support with 4G functionalities.
