Of the three smartphones launched by Sony at the CES2018, Sony Xperia L2 is the lower end given the specs it presents. Well, just as its the lower device of the three, all we can hope for is its price tag taking a low as information regarding its price is unavailable at the moment. Sony Xperia L2 sports a lower Android version compared to the Oreo OS present in the Xperia XA2 and XA2 ultra. At this juncture, I’ll like us to go fully into the technical features of this piece from Sony.

Sony Xperia L2’s design isn’t as classy as the XA2 and the XA2 Ultra, although the design is on the average. Sporting a plastic body material, Sony Xperia L2 has the following dimensions – 150mm length, 78mm width and 9.8mm thickness. The colours Sony Xperia L2 has are Black, Pink and Gold. Positioned at the rear is the main camera, LED flash and fingerprint sensor.
Sony Xperia L2’s IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen bags a 5.5-inch HD display as well as 1280 x 720 pixels. Its pixel density has 267 PPI presence. Multi-touch support allowing up to 5 fingers also makes it out with the display.
CAMERA
Sony Xperia L2 makes use of a 13MP shooter with f/2.0 aperture for photography functions. A LED flash and 1/3.06-inch sensor are features added to the smartphone’s main camera. Clear selfies are taken by the 8MP front camera. The front camera also has the 120 degree wide angle to capture a lot of people during group selfies.
CPU, OS, AND STORAGE
MediaTek MT6737T chipset is the central park of the Sony Xperia L2 while the processor is an ARM Cortex-A53 with four cores. This processor not only clocks at 1.45GHz speed but it’s also of the 64-bit architecture. To affirm the statement made before, the Android OS running on this smartphone is the Android 7.1.1 Nougat OS. ARM Mali-T860 MP2 gingers the graphics movement on this piece of technology. 3GB of RAM handles the smartphone’s multitasking roles while 32GB ROM stores up files. A microSD slot is available to withhold a microSD card of 256GB.
BATTERY AND CONNECTIVITY
Sony Xperia L2 is powered by a non-removable 3,300mAh battery. It’s of the Li-Poly build and charges fast as a result of the Quick Charge feature on the smartphone. 2G GSM, 3G UMTS and 4G LTE network types represent the smartphone’s cellular connectivity.
