The Sony Xperia Z4 is finally official. The Xperia Z4 is Sony’s flagship which was announced in its home country of Japan. The Xperia Z4 is seen as an upgrade and successor of the previous Xperia Z3 (Sony’s 2014 flagship Smartphone).
The Xperia Z4 will be launching in Japan later in the summer, although we’re not sure whether international availability will be before or after that – or at all. The Sony Xperia Z4 will not be the company’s 2015 flagship smartphone as most would have expected.
Sony Xperia Z4 body is very much similar to the Z3 design. It is enclossed in a metal-and-glass body measuring 146 x 72 x 6.9 mm and having a body weight of 144 g (5.08 oz) and is water & dust resistant. It flaunts a 5.2-inch capacitive touch display screen with 424 ppi and 1080 x 1920 pixels display resolution.

The Xperia Z4 runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop with a 2GHz 8-core 64-bit Snapdragon 810 processor, and 3GB RAM and Adreno 430 GPU thereby ensuring seamless and powerful performance.
It comes with 32/64GB of internal memory further expandable up to 128GB.
The Xperia Z4 is packed with a Non-removable Li-Ion 2930 mAh battery rated to deliver up to 36h of talktime and up to 750h of standby time over 3G. Connectivity options include 4G LTE, 3G, Wi-Fi 5GHz, Bluetooth, GPS/A-GPS and USB port.
Another awesome party of this great device is it 20.7 MP, 5248 х 3936 pixels, autofocus rear camera with LED flash, HDR, face detection, geo-tagging and panorama and the ability to record 2160p videos at 30fps. For selfie crazies, there is a 5.1 MP front camera.
Sony, however, being a global brand, will release another flagship for the global market by the end of May, 2015.
