Bangladesh people welcome a new 3G Android smartphone from the stable of Symphony, a tech company who does its best to cater to the needs of people who don’t have much money to dole out on buying mobile phones. The new smartphone is Symphony V97, a phone with Android v8.1 Oreo. Of course, there are many Symphony V smartphones released up until now and this new addition brings it uniqueness into the smartphone market.

Design and Display
Symphony V97 phone arrives in simple plastic body and frame design. Dimensions are 139 x 66.5 x 9.7 mm and the weight is 129 grams. It comes in black, blue, gold, and red colors. However, this phone has no waterproof protection, no fingerprint sensor and no face recognition technology.
Also, it is a 4.95 inches screen of TFT capacitive multi-touch screen phone, which comes without a secondary display and also without display protection. Further, it sports 960 x 480 pixels of screen resolution. Furthermore, there are 16 million colors, 68.6 percent screen to body ratio, 2.5D curved glass, and pixel density is 217 PPI.

There is single primary rear camera setup of 5MP that comes with LED flash and f/2.2 aperture. Additionally, at the front the selfie camera is 2 MP f/2.8 aperture, which comes without LED flash. However, the video performance in the device is 720p.
Camera features in the phone are as follows- Geo-tagging, touch focus, face detection, panorama, auto focus, scene mode, self-timer, HDR, and others.
Hardware & Software
The Symphony V97 also sports Android OS v8.1 Oreo Go Edition as the operating system. In addition to that, it comes with MediaTek MT6580 chipset which comes with process technology 28nm, 32-bit architecture. Moreover, the CPU is 1.3 GHz Quad-core Cortex A7, and the GPU is Mali 400 MP2 as well.
Storage Capacity and Sensors
Furthermore, Symphony V97 is entitled to 1GB of RAM which is not able to expand no matter what. At the internal storage level, it has 8GB space. It can be increased to 32GB with a micro-SD card. There is only one sensor in the phone and that is accelerometer; there is no other sensor.
Network and Connectivity
The Symphony V97 is supported by GSM and HSPA and there is no 4G LTE in this smartphone. So it has 2G and 3G available for internet connectivity. This makes the device a 3G compliant mobile device that has dual nano SIM card slot.
As you may expect, network support of Symphony V97 are Bluetooth v4.0, Wi-Fi, mobile hotspot, GPS, A-GPS, headphone jack and micro USB 2.0. Evidently, there is no HDMI, NFC and infrared in the device.
Battery Life Symphony V97
The battery of the phone is good at a Li-Ion 2000 mAh removable that has no wireless charging and no fast charging technology. Talk time and standby time are 10 hours and 200 hours respectively.
