The Tecno Pop 4 is the successor of the Pop 3 and the device comes with some upgrade both on the hardware and software. Even the body has been upgraded as well, looking more compact and adorable. The Tecno Pop 4 is blessed with a modern body that looks like the newly launched Tecno Spark 6 Air. The panel is housing a square camera with an LED flash and then a fingerprint reader. It measures 144.0 x 73.8 x 10.6 mm in dimensions and weighs 183 grams.

On the inside, the midrange Mediatek MT6580 chipset is based on a 32nm process node and has a quad-core processor clocking at a speed of 1.3 GHz Cortex-A7. It has Mali-400MP2 GPU for graphics and runs on an Android 10 operating system based on Go Edition.
