The Vivo iQOO 5 5G has a nice body that is built with all glass both on the back and front. It looks attractive especially on the smooth panel that is housing the cameras and the logo. It measures 160 x 75.6 x 8.3 mm in dimensions and weighs 197 grams.

It packs Adreno 650 GPU for graphics and runs on Android 10 with IQOO UI 1.5 on top.

The internal storage is 128GB with 8GB RAM and the same 128GG but with a huge 12GB RAM. The bigger model has 256GB and 12GB RAM. There is no support for the micro SDcard. The sensors on the iQOO 5 5G include Fingerprint (under display), accelerometer, gyro, proximity, and compass.
