Vivo has announced another smartphone known as Vivo Y50 alongside the Vivo Y19. The smartphone arrived in April 2020. Notably, it came with a good battery that can last, while the camera features are lower than what was expected. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 is worthy of praise as it propels the device to the mid-range level.
Vivo Y50 Design
It is a beautiful phone that leaves nothing to be desired on the surface. Vivo Y50 is made of materials such as glass and premium plastic. The colors of the phone are starry black and iris blue.

Camera, Video, & Image Quality
Of course, there are four cameras at the rear of Vivo Y50. They are the Main 13 MP wide-angled, 8 MP f/2.2 ultrawide, 2 MP macro f/2.4, and 2 MP f/2,4 aperture. These are blessed with features such as LED flash, HDR, panorama, digital zoom, continuous shooting, and more. At the front, there is a selfie camera. However, the cameras in Vivo Y50 are not high-quality lenses and therefore produce mediocre images or videos.
Vivo Y50 Price
The Vivo Y50 is selling for $249. In Europe, it sells for about 230 EUR, and in Nigeria, it sells for about 95,733 Naira. Prices may change without notice.
The Verdict
Except for the camera department, the processor features could be overlooked and this device would have been all round great smartphone. It seems that that the company concentrated the powers of the phone on the battery. Goof thing is that the smartphone features waterdrop notch as the predecessors did.
