  • Set start-stop and duration times, automatically adjusted for users in other time zones.
  • Drag and drop events to change the date, time or duration.
  • Toggle visibility and color code multiple schedules and events.
  • Mark events public, private, busy.
  • Tag events for the faster organization, share them with email, contacts.
  • Configurable pop-up, email and SMS reminders.

3. Collaboration

  • Share Inbox mail folders, Address Book contacts, Calendars, Tasks, Briefcase folders, and files.

And because it has huge features, you need to have a good specification computer in order to use without the hassle. To access it, you will require a Good Internet connection and a Powerful browser. In my experience, Google Chrome will be a Good choice if you have 4-8GB of RAM installed on your computer.

The more powerful your computer will be the more you will be able to access the Zimbra Webmail client easily. Thanks to the standard version because you can also access if you low-specification device like a computer with 2GB of RAM.

There are still a lot of things are left to cover here about the Zimbra Webmail Client. Because it’s just flooded with features which enable users to easily communicate with their customers. Also, compared to its competitor, it doesn’t have high cost like Microsoft exchange. You can use its basic edition for simply communicating with your customer in a secure and private server.

You should definitely go for it if you are running a business where you need to communicate with the customer and share data internal data. Even it lets users first try the trial version of their software before making a buying decision. Meaning, you can first try the software on your computer and then buy if you like. Overall, I don’t think there’s is a Good product like this for communicating with customers on a private server.
