The Xiaomi Mi Mix 2S and Huawei P20 have their own distinctive design. And everyone will have different choices when it comes to picking a phone. The Xiaomi Mi Mix 2S comes in a distinct ceramic back with smooth curved edges. And an aluminum frame on the sides separating the ceramic back from the glass front. While the Huawei P20 is premium in his unique way. It comes with a front and back glass with aluminum frame. The Huawei P20 is waterproof with an IP67 rating. While the Xiaomi Mi Mix 2S isn’t. For pool lovers, your choice should be Huawei P20.
The Huawei P20 follows the path of iPhone X with the infamous notch at the top of the screen. The fingerprint sensor of the Huawei P20 is embedded in the home button. While the Xiaomi Mi Mi 2S comes with no notch and its fingerprint sensor is at the back. The Huawei P20 is light on weight, weighing just 165 grams. Which is not even close to 191 grams of the Xiaomi Mi Mix 2S. Also, the Xiaomi Mi Mix 2S is taller, wider and thicker (dimensions) to the Huawei P20.
Twilight, Black, Midnight Blue and Pink Gold body colors are available for Huawei P20. While Black and White body colors are available for Xiaomi Mi Mix 2S. The dual rear camera and LED flash are at the top-left corner for both phones. The only difference is that the LED flash is in between the rear camera for Xiaomi Mi Mix 2S. While on the Huawei P20, the LED flash is underneath the dual rear camera.

The Xiaomi Mi Mix 2S is tri-bezel-less with no bezel at the top. Which made the front camera to be moved to the bottom bezel. While the Huawei P20 is bezel-less with a notch at the top and a bottom bezel which houses the home button. Xiaomi Mi Mix 2S’s IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen measures 5.99 inches in size. Huawei’s own chipset powers the Huawei P20. Which is the Hisilicon Kirin 970 chipset with Octa-core processor clocking at a speed of 2.4GHz. The Huawei P20 comes in a standard 4GB RAM with 128GB storage.
