Operating system in the ZTE Axon S is Android OS v7.0 Nougat. We are not sure this will be able to upgrade to the latest Android 9 Pie. Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 is the working chipset. Also, the CPU Octa-Core 1 x 2.48 GHz Kryo 485, which comes with process technology 7nm. The GPU on the other hand is Qualcomm Adreno 640.
Storage and Sensors
ZTE Axon S is blessed with a variant of 6GB + 64GB and 8GB + 128GB. These can be increased to 256GB with a microSD card. There are six sensors in the device and they are proximity, light, accelerometer, compass, gyroscope, and fingerprint.
Network Capacity
Network technology for ZTE Axon S consists of GSM, CDMA, WCDMA, TD-SCDMA, and FDD-LTE. That is to say that the phone is able to handle 4G internet connectivity. However, it is still able to handle 2G, 3G, and 4G. it is possible to make use of nano SIMs in the phone. There is provision for two SIM cards in the device.
