The Tecno Camon 11 is still new and it comes with the latest design and version. So it will make a better budget phone in this comparison. If you already have the Camon CX and it’s not giving you any problem, there is no need to buy the Camon 11 because the upgrade on the Camon 11 is not massive. Just a minor changes in design and hardware.
