Ulefone is yet another Chinese smartphone manufacturer fighting for its place in the smartphone market, and although it is not so well-known in the West, the Eastern brand still has some fascinating and curious devices in its portfolio – and here’s one more of them – the Ulefone Mix 3.
There was a recent rumour of the Ulefone Mix 2, with “infinite screen” and moderate features for those looking for a smartphone with a precocious comrade – well, the Ulefone Mix 3 shared this week shows a more comprehensive evolution in this line.
The images released by the Notebook Italia website show the smartphone with 5.7-inch screen, HD resolution (1280 x 720) and 18 – 9 aspect ratio (the source did not specify the technology implemented in the display).
However, studying a little more of the design we find some points that reminisce the Apple iPhone X. This supposed Ulefone Mix 3 has two back cameras vertically allocated, with an archetype similar to what Apple did in its latest flagship – this is basically what happened with Mix 2, which refers to the Samsung Galaxy S8.
Check out the Ulefone Mix 3 photos and video of hands-on:
Below the screen, we have the traditional physical home button and the front camera of the phone. Yes! The front camera is not placed at the top of the screen as you can find it on most phones. On the direct side are the volume and power buttons.
At the bottom is a micro USB port, which takes the place of the classic 3.5mm (P2) connector for headphones.
As for specifications, the source indicates that the Ulefone Mix 3 comprises the following features:
- 5.7-inch screen using HD resolution (1280 x 720) and 18 – 9 aspect ratio
- MediaTek MT6750T Octa-Core Cortex A53 Processor
- Mali-T860 MP2 GPU with maximum frequency of 520MHz
- 4GB of RAM
- 64 GB for internal storage
- Main camera with two sensors (13MP + 5MP) with LED flash
- 8MP front camera
- 3,400 mAh battery
- Android 7.0 Nougat as Operating System
Ulefone has not yet specified when this phone will be launched, and likewise, the price information was not disclosed in this latest publication.
