- Plug In your Chromecast to your TV Via the HDMI Port. Next, plug the Chromecast USB port to your TV USB port or a power outlet using an adapter to power it.
Note – If you are using a TV with 4K resolution display, be sure to power the Chromecast using an adapter as the TV would not be able to power it.
