You can also choose if you would like to shop in Dollars or Pounds. At the top right corner of the screen just above your name is where you will see the currency you are using. From there, you can change the currency. If you have a dollar MasterCard then I’ll advise you stick with the USD so the exchange rate will not confuse you.

However, if you have a Naira MasterCard then you will have to contact your bank to get the current exchange rate and do your calculations before going forward.

  • Pick an item you would like to buy, add to cart and proceed to pay and verify your address before confirming the order.

Delivery

ASOS gives free delivery worldwide but on a condition; your order has to be above £25.00. If you your order is below that then it attracts an extra delivery fee of £3.00. This is for the standard delivery that takes about 10 to 14 days for the ordered items to get to you.

However, if you would like to get your items fast then you can simply opt for the Express Delivery. Express Delivery gets your package to you within 4 days but the delivery fee May differ depending on the number of items you ordered.

ASOS delivery is handled by a courier company called DPD in the UK which sends your item or items to Amarex. Amarex is then tasked with getting your package straight to your doorstep, although if your items aren’t much, it might be left in the nearest NIPOST and you’ll have to go pick it up yourself.

You can check your order details by Logging In to your ASOS account and Click on My Account, Now Select Order Details. This is where you will see the full details of your order; Order Number, Order Date, Shipped Date and Estimated Date Of Delivery with an option to track it below.

Charges

Delivery is free when your order is above £25.00, however, if you order for an item or items totaling up to £200 then Amarex charges you a Customs Duty Fee which varies depending on the item. My advice? Make sure you order doesn’t surpass £150, if it does then split it into two and order at different times.

That will be enough to earn you a free delivery but not enough to that you end up paying the customs duty fee.

Conclusion

Now that you know how to buy on ASOS From Nigeria, you can go ahead and shop all you want from the online store. They also have some pretty nice discounts on some products and often do flash sales, so make sure to keep an eye out for that.

But my order was cancelled and my account got blocked. Now I don’t know what to do cause I need those items but now I don’t want to try it again and my money get hanged or they block my account again. Is it a must that the name on the card you are paying with has to be the same with the name on the profile you are paying from . Cause I use AliExpress and I pay with my fiancees card all the time and I don’t have issues. But Asos I don’t understand and I’m shipping to Nigeria here please enlighten me
