Apex Legends Mobile Game is Set To Launch For Android & iOS Smartphones

Apex Legends mobile version is on the verge of completion for Android and iOS devices. Games like PUBG and Fortnite are already dominating mobile phones. Apex legends game is immensely popular on platforms like desktop, gaming consoles, etc. Now, this gaming company has decided to hit Android and iOS devices soon after seeing PUBG and Fortnite dominating here.

EA (Electronic Arts) planned to launch Apex Legends game for Android & iOS devices during its Quarterly earnings call. EA took this decision because of their decreasing profit performance in past successive years.

The actual release date of this game is still a mystery. EA is also going to launch Apex Legends in China after knowing that PUBG has been banned in China and it has been deleted from app stores there by the owner company Tencent itself.

Apex Legends is a free-to-play battle royal game developed by Respawn Entertainment and published by EA. It was launched for Microsoft Windows and gaming consoles like Play Station 4 and Xbox One 4th February 2019. And this game became a hit without spending any money on marketing.

The mobile gaming platform is already occupied with mobile games like PUBG and Fortnite. Fornite has over 200 millions of user base and as per November 2019 according to research from Statista. When coming to PUBG user base, it is gigantic with 20 million daily active users according to the last report September 2018. It will be not easy for Apex Legends to compete with these mobile games.

The mobile gaming platform is not as saturated as that of home consoles and gaming PCs. We have now reached a point where the graphics level of mobile phone games has matched with the console ones. It is now possible to enjoy console level graphics on smartphones and tablets. And it’s a good opportunity for EA to boost up the mobile gaming scene.
