To be able to recover every shot from your iPhone you must, first of all, make sure you have activated iCloud Photo Library from the settings. Thanks to this function, in fact, all the multimedia content captured by your iPhone will be automatically synchronized with all other devices of Apple. Here’s how to activate it:

  1. The first step is to open the iOS settings by clicking on the gear icon found on the main screen;
  2. Once this is done, click on Settings and then click on Photos. From here you have to make sure that iCloud Photo Library, upload to my photostream and upload quick sequence photos are active;
  3. Also make sure your iCloud backup is running by following this simple path – Settings and clicking on your name;
  4. From iCloud, opt for Apps that use iCloud and give a glance that Photos and iCloud Backups are enabled.

Once the function of Apple is activated correctly, at this point you can easily see how to proceed with the recovery of images by relying on your iPhone. If you do not have a PC or maybe an Android device but only your iPhone, then you can restore every shot deleted easily using the Photo app. Let’s see how to make the most of it:

  1. Find the Photos app on the phone’s main screen and start it;
  2. Once entered, choose Album to see all the albums on the iPhone;
  3. Once you’ve done this, open the recently deleted album and then look for the photos you removed by mistake to proceed with the recovery operation. Just like on iCloud, even in this circumstance the deleted images will be kept for up to 40 days;
  4. Once you have found the photo, click on it and click on Recover which remains in the lower right corner. If, however, you want to restore a shot, just click on Select – in the upper right – select all the photos you are going to recover and finally choose the item Recover.
