In term of body design, the Infinix Hot 7 packs a modern body design. Unlike its predecessor, it has a notch with a bezel-less display screen size and a small visible chin on the bottom. It has a smooth panel where the dual camera is vertically arranged with an LED flash and a fingerprint sensor. The Hot 7 is built with plastic and it has body dimensions of 157.1 x 75.7 x 8 mm band weighs 174 gram. The handset is shipped in Black, Gold, and Rose Gold colors.
On the front, the Notch lets the phone offer a large screen display size of 6.2 inches with a resolution of 720 x 1500 pixels and 268 PPI density.
