The Oukitel U19 is now official at the 2018 Mobile World Congress. A number of new smartphones were announced at the event and surprisingly most of them came with the trending top-notch which Apple made popular with the iPhone X.
Apart from the U19, Oukitel also announced the U18 as a high-end smartphone with the bezel-less top-notch display and the WP5000 as a rugged smartphone with IP68 certifications. Both will be launched before the end of March, but before then, lets focus on the Oukitel U19 which is now available. Shall we?

A budget smartphone with Aluminum Alloy body, although a little Plastic was added as well. But honestly, the phone looks good for its price. The Oukitel logo is at the bottom corner as they marked their territory. Take a look at how the dual shooters adds to the beauty of the device, sitting at the top middle.
There’s a rear fingerprint scanner at the bottom corner and a dual-LED flash beside it. The phone body glows when you are out and about in the sun, which you can flaunt in style. It’s not that thick by the side, measuring 8 mm slim and weighing below 190g overall. In terms of coloring, it’s available in Blue, Black and Gold colors.

The super minimal bottom bezel needs to go as well, while the top-notch houses the selfie camera and other features.

Battery life is always the biggest crutch of every smartphone. No matter what cool new features a phone might introduce, you still need to loosely plan when you’ll actually use those features to avoid having a dead phone by dinnertime.
