Samsung to Announce New Smartphones on Jan. 14

2021 comes around with promises of new things, and for Samsung, that means new products to enchant fans worldwide. The company will hold a January event to launch a few products, including mobile devices. It is expected that Samsung Galaxy S21 will be one of the products to be launched. The S21 is expected to be the name for the next Samsung flagship smartphones.

As expected, the company will not be giving rivals the opportunity to announce competing smartphones, thereby raising their profiles. Samsung intends to handle the event like it has been doing for a couple of years now; erasing the opportunity for rivals to get a leg up when they also announce their own upcoming smartphones.

In a blog post, Samsung Newsroom invited the general public to its event that is called Samsung Galaxy Unpacked 2021. The blog post also included a video that shows the general public what the event is all about.

In a short statement, Samsung referred to the change in the workplace, as more people begin to work from home due to the effects of the pandemic. Samsung said that this “accelerated transition to a mobile-first world brings with it the need for devices that can transform everyday life into an extraordinary experience.

The blog post also reveals that the event will be broadcast online on the morning of January 14, 2021. Since then there have been rumors elaborating more on what to expect at the event. There have been still images, detailed specifications, and videos of what the new devices should look like.

Experts familiar with how Samsung releases work have said that there will be up to three new mobile devices coming from Samsung at the January event. There could also be a range of new accessories, we are not sure yet. Samsung events have kept people wondering what’s in it for them. This upcoming event is doing the same.
