The design of the iTel P31 is quite different from the iTel P32. Although they both feature a front glass with a plastic unibody. The iTel P32 features curved antenna lines at the top and bottom corner. While the iTel P31 features an antenna line at the top which divides the back into two. While on the iTel P32 is a dual rear camera consisting of a 5MP primary sensor and a 5MP secondary sensor with dual-LED flash. Up front, the iTel P32 features the same 5MP shooter like the iTel P31 but with a front LED flash.

Powering the iTel P31 is MediaTek MT6580W chipset with 4-cores processor clocked at 1.25GHz. For the graphics, the phone is powered by ARM Mali-400 MP2 graphics processing unit. While under the hood of the iTel P32 is MediaTek MT6580M chipset, 4-cores processor clocked at 1.3GHz and ARM Mali-400 MP2 graphics processing unit.
